How to best enjoy your GRASSROOTS after dinner
GRASSROOTS Mint Tea
HOW TO: As an alternative to an Irish Coffee or a Coffee liquor, pair your tea with Grassroots.
Since GRASSROOTS blends well with mint, our preferred combination is with Mint Tea, but other tea types such as Green Tea or Mate also work very well.
Optionally: pour the Grassroots in the Mint Tea; or some of the tea in the GRASSROOTS (Beware: make sure the glass is heat resistant).
Ingredients:
50ml GRASSROOTS
Fresh mint tea

HOW TO: Why not? Heat up your grassroots and drink like a Ginger Tea meets Sake!
This way of drinking your GRASSROOTS works well in asian style dinners such a an Indonesian rice table or with Sushi.
Optionally top up with some flesh lemon juice.
Ingredients:
30-50ml GRASSROOTS
Hot in a strong tasting glass
Optionally: 10ml fresh lemon juice
GRASSROOTS Scroppino
a.k.a. “de ontknoping”
HOW TO: Grassroots pairs well with any tea and citrus style ice creams. So it can be poured over deserts containing these ingredients or tastes.
A classic desert cocktail is the Scroppino, based on lemon sorbet ice (blender based cocktail). Exchange the wodka with GRASSROOTS and you get ‘de Ontknoping’ — the Dutch Scroppino.
Optionally, use lemon yoghurt ice or vanilla ice if you’re out of sorbet ice.
Ingredients:
30-50ml GRASSROOTS
140ml Prosecco/Cava
100gr Lemon Sorbet Ice
Garnish: Lemon peel & Cardamom powder
